This perfect Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend from their Yarra Valley vineyards is light and dry, with refined beads of effervescence. Beautiful notes of bright citrus and floral peony, with a rich, luscious background of fresh baked bread and sweet brioche. Recently becoming only one of only two Australian sparkling wines to earn gold status by Decanter, this bottle stands tall on its own and makes for a gorgeous aperitif – but it’s also lovely with freshly-shucked oysters or fresh rice paper rolls.
