The 2024 Irvine Springhill Rosé is a fresh and vibrant Eden Valley rosé crafted in a crisp, dry Australian style. Produced from cool-climate South Australian fruit, the wine highlights bright red berry character, refreshing acidity and a clean mineral finish, making it an easy-drinking and highly food-friendly rosé.
On the palate, it is light-bodied with lively acidity and a soft, refreshing texture, delivering flavours of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon alongside delicate citrus and subtle savoury notes. The finish is dry, crisp and balanced, with freshness and bright fruit carrying through the wine.
