The 2024 Polperro Mill Hill Single Vineyard Chardonnay is a refined expression of one of Mornington Peninsula’s distinctive vineyard sites. Sourced from the elevated Mill Hill vineyard in Red Hill, this Chardonnay reflects the cool maritime climate and unique site character of the region.

The wine opens with an elegant perfume of white stone fruit, ripe citrus and delicate floral notes, complemented by subtle nutty and barrel-derived complexity. On the palate, bright citrus and stone fruit flavours are layered with a creamy, textural mid-palate, while fine acidity provides freshness and energy.

A distinctive mineral and saline character runs through the wine, leading to a long, clean and refreshing finish. Sophisticated and finely balanced, the 2024 Mill Hill Chardonnay is a compelling example of cool-climate Australian Chardonnay, combining richness and texture with precision and natural freshness.
