The 2025 Little Yering Pinot Noir is an elegant cool-climate Pinot Noir from the iconic Little Yering range by Yering Station. Produced in Victoria’s renowned Yarra Valley, this wine showcases the region’s ability to craft Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit, refined structure, and exceptional drinkability.

The 2025 vintage benefited from a long, moderate growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen gradually while retaining bright natural acidity and delicate aromatics. The result is a fresh, balanced Pinot Noir with excellent varietal definition and regional character.

Winemaking is designed to preserve purity and elegance. Carefully selected fruit undergoes gentle fermentation with a small proportion of whole bunches to enhance aromatic complexity, followed by maturation in French oak barrels, with limited new oak to maintain the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit.

The bouquet is bright and expressive, revealing aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry, complemented by delicate floral notes of rose petal and violet. Hints of cinnamon, clove, forest floor, and subtle earthy spice add complexity.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, silky, and beautifully balanced, offering flavours of red berries, cherry, and pomegranate supported by fine tannins and lively acidity. Gentle French oak contributes subtle notes of vanilla, toasted spice, and cedar, adding texture without overshadowing the fruit.

The finish is fresh, smooth, and elegant, lingering with notes of red fruits, floral lift, gentle spice, and savoury minerality. Designed for early enjoyment, it also has the balance to develop additional complexity over the next 4–7 years.
