Distilled in 1994 and matured for 28 years in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon, this highly limited release exemplifies GlenDronach’s celebrated mastery of long-term sherry cask maturation.

Bottled directly from a single cask at natural cask strength, Single Cask #1769 offers a unique flavour profile shaped entirely by its individual cask journey. The extended maturation in an Oloroso puncheon has imparted remarkable richness, complexity, and depth while maintaining the distillery’s signature Highland character.

The nose is intensely expressive, revealing aromas of rich fruitcake, raisins, dates, black cherries, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, polished oak, and warming spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and luxurious, delivering concentrated layers of dried figs, treacle, orange marmalade, cocoa, roasted nuts, cinnamon, clove, and sweet sherry influence.
