Jansz Tasmania Single Vineyard Chardonnay 2019 is a rare, small-batch Tasmanian sparkling wine crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from a single estate vineyard in Pipers River, one of Australia’s most celebrated cool-climate wine regions.
Made using the traditional method with extended time on lees, this exceptional cuvée showcases purity, precision, and site expression, with only a limited release produced in outstanding vintages.
The nose reveals refined aromas of white florals, citrus zest, green apple, honeysuckle, and subtle brioche, supported by delicate notes of toasted almond and fresh straw. On the palate, it is elegant and finely structured, with a creamy mousse, vibrant acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.
