Redbreast 12 Year Old is one of Ireland’s most celebrated Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys, renowned for its rich, full-bodied character, distinctive pot still spice and exceptional balance.

Matured in a combination of bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks, the whiskey develops layers of ripe fruit, toasted wood, warm spice and rich dried-fruit complexity over 12 years of maturation.

The nose is beautifully aromatic, with generous notes of ripe fruit, toasted oak, vanilla and Sherry sweetness. On the palate, Redbreast 12 is rich and creamy, revealing layers of dried fruit, red berries, citrus, toasted wood and distinctive pot still spices, with subtle hints of nuts and vanilla adding further depth.

The combination of bourbon and Sherry cask maturation gives the whiskey a wonderful balance between sweet fruit, rich dried-fruit character and warming spice. Fine oak and spice carry through to a long, complex and beautifully rounded finish.
