The Dalmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a distinguished Highland single malt renowned for its rich, elegant character and distinctive Sherry cask influence. Crafted at The Dalmore Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, this classic expression showcases the distillery’s signature combination of citrus, chocolate, spice and rich dried fruit.

The whisky is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, developing a smooth foundation of soft vanilla and honey. A carefully selected proportion of the spirit is then transferred into rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks, adding richness, depth and layers of dried fruit and spice.

The nose is rich and inviting, with vibrant citrus fruits, aromatic spices and dark chocolate alongside hints of vanilla and orange marmalade.

On the palate, The Dalmore 12 is smooth, rich and beautifully balanced. Concentrated Seville orange and dried fruits combine with sweet vanilla pod, gentle oak and warming spice. The Oloroso Sherry influence adds depth and a luxurious dried-fruit character without overpowering the fresh citrus notes.

The finish is long and warming, with roasted coffee, dark chocolate and lingering spice creating a rich and satisfying conclusion.
