Tasting Notes
This wine is a refined and elegantly stylish representation of Yarra Valley Chardonnay. It features soft hints of citrus, white peach, brioche, and nougat oak notes, with a crystalline palate showcasing beautiful acidity and flavor intensity. Excellent upon release, this wine will gain further complexity and texture with five to ten years of bottle aging.
