Wild fermented and matured in fine grained French oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct tint of green to the edges and a watery hue. Nosing offers up white peach and nectarine scents which mix with biscuity nougat, faint cashew and whiffs of gun flint. Fleshy white peach and nectarine fruits are delivered with plenty of richness across the refined, mid weighted palate. Notions of dried honey, biscuity nougat, delicate cashew and infusions of gun flint lend further interest across the back half. Nicely shaped it finishes long and fresh.
