Guided by biodynamic viticulture, hands-off winemaking, and scrupulous attention to particulars, Castagna Genesis Syrah emanates a robust and genuine character. Co-fermented with Viognier, the wine undergoes vinification and matures for 18 to 24 months in new and seasoned French oak barrels with a tight grain. Exhibiting intense aromatics and a refined palate, it presents profound dark fruit flavors, richness, vitality, and a touch of minerality.
