The Fraser Gallop Estate Palladian is a beautifully aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon with dark cherries and a hint of plush leather. This vintage is a little more full bodied with lovely soft, supple fruits of boysenberries and black currants. A seductively textured wine with an impossibly long finish. The balance and seamless nature make for a wine that will age and develop beautifully. Halliday Wine Companion rating system 95-96 Outstanding. Wines of gold medal standard
