Arguably Eldridge Estate's finest Chardonnay! From Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula, this wine features aromas of jasmine, corn husk, and toasted hazelnuts; flavors of honeydew, citrus, and fresh straw. The peach notes on the crisp palate are partnered with a lemon sorbet-like acidity. On the backend, there are faint butterscotch, ripe citrus, white flowers, and a distinct minerality. Softly oaked.
