The result is a wine of great concentration and elegance. The Angélica vineyard offers ripe plum flavors with a soft, supple mouthfeel. La Pirámide lends delicate hints of rose petals and spicy black pepper. La Consulta provides elegance and a flavor profile of ripe black berries and floral notes. Lot 3 from Adrianna is intensely floral while lot 9 provides a deeply violet color and a long persistent finish of cassis flavors. These five elements contribute to wonderful complexity in the final blend.

The most intense and decadent style of red wine, characterised by ripe fruit and a mouth-coating density. You’ll see these wines often described as full-bodied, with layers of tannins, oak and sweetness all coming to a crescendo on the palate.
