The 2020 Mt Eliza Estate Sauvignon Blanc was sourced exclusively from Mount Eliza Estate in Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula. The cooler ripening period and late harvest has allowed for excellent flavour development whilst ensuring a high level of natural acidity. Passionfruit and lime with a hint of flint are present in the aroma leading to balanced citrus and mineral characters. This clean and delicate wine is best served chilled.
