Sourced from dry-grown, organically farmed vines in the Flaxman Valley sub-region of Eden Valley, the fruit was hand-harvested and vinified with minimal intervention. Whole-bunch fermentation and maturation in seasoned oak barrels allow the vineyard’s voice to shine.
