About This Wine
Inspired by the jet that carried Penfolds to global fame, Bin 707 represents Penfolds’ vision for a long-lived Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. Sourced from climatically distinct vineyards in McLaren Vale, Padthaway and the Barossa Valley, the 2022 vintage was matured in new American oak. The wine completes fermentation and maturation in new oak, reflecting Penfolds’ multi-vineyard, multi-region approach.
