Harvested from Mountadam’s eastern vineyards, this traditionally made Pinot Gris displays delicate apple, pear and guava aromas and classic textural characters.

Alcohol: 12.5%
Tasting Notes: The Pinot Gris fruit was harvested entirely from Block 30 on Estates Eastern Vineyard which was an extremely low yielding block in 2023. Harvested on the 20th of March 2023 using a selective destemming harvester in the cool of the night.
Treated oxidatively and pressed at 570L/T, this wine was crafted using only the free run juice with very light pressings to add depth, flavour and texture to achieve a true Gris style. The juices were cold settled and racked to stainless steel and fermented cool through to dryness.
