Mt Moriac Chardonnay is a refined cool-climate expression from Geelong, balancing freshness with depth. Pale gold in the glass, it reveals aromas of white peach, nectarine and citrus blossom, accented by subtle hints of cashew and flinty minerality. The palate is elegant yet textural, offering layers of stone fruit, grapefruit and restrained oak, supported by a fine line of acidity. A creamy mid-palate gives way to a long, precise finish. Awarded 92 points by Halliday Wine Companion, this Chardonnay is a sophisticated choice alongside roast chicken, pan-seared scallops, or creamy pasta dishes. A benchmark regional white with finesse.
