The 2024 Barossa Grenache Rosé was sourced from plantings of 100% Grenache on the western ridge of the Barossa. The fruit was harvested over three picks to capture natural acidity, freshness and ripe fruit flavours.
Colour: Ballet slipper pink.
Aroma: White peach, raspberry, musk.
Palate: Spice, texture and juicy acidity.
Food pairing: Pork and ginger dumplings with a fresh Asian salad.
Drinkability: Best enjoyed in its youth.
