A combination of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, this visually stunning package references the colour of the glassware used by the Cellar Master when selecting eau-de-vie during blind tasting sessions. First matured in virgin oak casks before being transferred to older, less active casks, the liquid here is actually XO standard.
