From Shiga’s historic Kitajima Sake Brewery comes this vibrant reimagination of Yuzushu, combining the tart citrus of fresh yuzu with sweet, ripe Beni Hoppe strawberries from Fukuoka. Built on a base of local sake, this Strawberry Yuzushu delivers an irresistibly fruity, bright and slightly tangy profile—crafted for easy sipping and summer refreshment.
Expect a wave of homemade strawberry jam and lemon meringue on the nose, followed by a palate full of creamy strawberry, guava and watermelon. The finish lands with a zesty pop of yuzu that keeps things crisp and moreish.
