1792 Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is a sophisticated and distinctive Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Crafted using 1792’s signature high-rye recipe and a carefully selected marriage of barrels, it delivers a bold yet remarkably smooth and balanced bourbon character.

Matured for 8 years in new, charred American oak barrels, the whiskey develops rich layers of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak alongside the distinctive spicy character contributed by its high-rye recipe.

The nose is rich and inviting, with sweet caramel and vanilla supported by toasted oak, warm rye spice and subtle fruit notes. On the palate, sweet caramel and vanilla are balanced by lively peppery rye spice, cinnamon and oak, creating a full-bodied and expressive drinking experience.

Hints of dried fruit and brown sugar add further depth, while the higher 93.7 proof bottling provides additional weight and intensity without overwhelming the smooth character of the bourbon.

The finish is warming and lingering, with rye spice, toasted oak, caramel and subtle pepper gradually fading into a clean, dry finish.
