The 2024 Little Yering Shiraz is a vibrant and approachable cool-climate Shiraz crafted by Yering Station in Victoria’s renowned Yarra Valley. As part of the popular Little Yering range, this wine delivers exceptional value while showcasing the elegance, spice, and freshness that define Yarra Valley Shiraz.

Sourced from selected vineyards across Victoria, with a strong emphasis on cool-climate fruit, the 2024 vintage produced Shiraz with excellent aromatic lift, bright fruit expression, and balanced natural acidity. The result is a medium-bodied style that prioritises finesse and drinkability over weight and power.

The fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness and fermented under carefully controlled conditions to preserve varietal purity. Maturation in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned oak barrels adds subtle complexity and texture while allowing the fruit to remain the central focus.

The bouquet is bright and expressive, revealing aromas of blackberry, plum, raspberry, and black cherry, layered with notes of white pepper, clove, star anise, and subtle violet floral lift. Hints of dark chocolate and gentle spice add further complexity.

On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, smooth, and fruit-driven, with flavours of ripe berries, plum, black cherry, and spice supported by soft tannins and fresh acidity. The cool-climate influence provides elegance and balance, making the wine highly versatile at the table.
