Wild Turkey Rare Breed is a bold, barrel-proof Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey crafted by Wild Turkey, known for producing some of the most robust and flavour-forward bourbons in the United States. Unlike standard bourbons, Rare Breed is bottled at cask strength (no chill filtration and no dilution to a fixed proof), preserving its full intensity and depth of flavour.

This expression is a blend of carefully selected barrels of different ages, typically ranging from 6 to 12 years, resulting in a powerful yet well-balanced bourbon. The nose is rich and expressive, with aromas of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, brown sugar, and baking spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intense, delivering bold flavours of toffee, dark cherry, cinnamon, charred oak, honey, and peppery spice, layered with warming alcohol heat.
