The 2025 Ashton Hills Gamay is a vibrant, cool-climate red wine from the Adelaide Hills, produced by the highly regarded Ashton Hills Vineyard, a winery known for its elegant Pinot Noir and expressive small-batch vineyard releases.

The 2025 vintage reflects ideal conditions for Gamay in the Adelaide Hills, with a long, cool ripening season that preserved natural acidity while developing bright, juicy fruit purity and fine aromatic lift. The result is a fresh, energetic, and highly drinkable expression of this classic Beaujolais-style grape.

Fruit is hand-harvested from select cool-climate vineyard parcels and typically fermented with a portion of whole bunches to enhance fragrance and structure. Gentle extraction is used during fermentation to retain the grape’s signature lightness and vibrancy, followed by maturation in neutral or seasoned French oak to preserve purity.
