Produced by By Farr under the Rising label, this wine offers an accessible introduction to the distinctive By Farr style, combining purity of fruit, elegance, and regional character.

Sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Geelong and Moorabool Valley region, the 2024 vintage benefited from favourable growing conditions that delivered exceptional fruit quality, vibrant acidity, and excellent flavour concentration. The cool maritime climate and ancient volcanic soils of Geelong contribute to the wine’s freshness, structure, and complexity.

Crafted using traditional winemaking techniques, including a proportion of whole-bunch fermentation and maturation in French oak barrels, the wine balances bright fruit expression with subtle savoury complexity and texture. The oak influence is carefully restrained, allowing the vineyard character to shine through.

The bouquet is highly aromatic and inviting, revealing notes of red cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, and cranberry, complemented by hints of rose petal, violet, cinnamon spice, and forest floor. As the wine opens, subtle nuances of dried herbs, tea leaf, and earthy minerality add depth and intrigue.
