The 2023 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Chardonnay is one of Margaret River’s most distinguished and sought-after Chardonnays. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, it combines remarkable concentration and power with the elegance, precision and balance that have become hallmarks of the Art Series.
The nose is intensely lifted and expressive, revealing fresh-cut pear, white peach, ripe lime zest and citrus pith, followed by delicate aromas of jasmine, white flowers and vanilla. Subtle layers of cashew meal and toasted macadamia add depth and complexity.
On the palate, vibrant natural acidity carries flavours of apple, pear, white nectarine and ripe citrus. Beautifully integrated oak and a fine, layered texture provide structure without overpowering the fruit. The wine builds in intensity through the palate and finishes with remarkable length, power and finesse.
