Sourced from select vineyard sites across Marlborough, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases the region’s signature intensity, purity, and bright aromatic profile.

The 2025 vintage benefited from warm daytime temperatures and cool nights, creating ideal conditions for developing ripe tropical and citrus flavours while preserving crisp natural acidity. Grapes were harvested in the cool of the morning and gently pressed, with fermentation taking place in stainless steel to retain freshness and varietal expression.

The bouquet is intensely aromatic, offering lifted notes of passionfruit, lime, grapefruit, and guava, layered with fresh-cut herbs, green capsicum, and subtle floral undertones. A hint of tropical fruit sweetness adds depth and vibrancy.
